Recipe idea: chocolate fondant INGREDIENTS : • 125g butter • 125 g sugar • 4 eggs • 200g dark pastry chocolate • 1 sachet of alsa® “Alsacienne” Baking Powder • 60g corn flower • 60 g flour PREPARATION OF THE RECIPE : 1. Preheat the oven to 150°C. 2. Melt the chocolate and the butter in a bain-marie. To book. 3. In a bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar using a whisk for a few minutes. 4.
