Tramier Greek-style black olives, pitted 100g

Pitted black olives, very ripe and deliciously melting, of the Beldi variety from Morocco, prepared "Greek style" according to an ancestral recipe. After meticulous quality control, the ripe black olives are harvested by hand to preserve the fruit. Then comes the salting of the olives rolled in barrels every day for 3 months to remove the bitterness. Without preservatives or additives, with just a drizzle of olive oil and salt, the recipe preserves all the benefits of olives. It is thanks to this know-how that Tramier Greek-style black olives have such a special taste!
