La Boulangère Cereal Tartines are characterized by their brown and floury crust as well as by their melting and honeycombed crumb. This recipe, made with wheat flour from French fair trade, combines the good taste of country bread with the crunchiness of sunflower, flax, millet and poppy seeds. These sandwiches can be eaten toasted for breakfast or as an accompaniment to meals.
